We are a performance training and service opportunity provider headquartered in Chirawa, Rajasthan.

We have partnered with Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT) under KRIBHCO to offer a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDM-RM) with a specialization in rural enterprise management & entrepreneurship at the School of Rural Management (SRM) Ratlam.

Along with specialization in Rural Management, SRM offers one additional major specialization in HR/Marketing/ Finance/ Business Analytics, with the first year consisting of theoretical learning and the final year consisting of practical application-based 3-month internships.

We also operate a state-of-the-art National Livelihoods Resource Institute (NLRI) at our Ratlam campus to address the following issues:

Capacity development of a cross-section of stakeholders engaged in Rural Livelihood Initiatives;
Project Cycle Management & strategic Institutional Support to all interested in rural livelihoods especially in the western part of the country;
Action Research within the ambit of sustainable rural Livelihood;
Media & communication services to all stakeholders engaged in sustainable rural livelihoods across the spectrum;
Documentation & Library services;
Virtual Knowledge Centre for off-campus events;
Farmers' Field Schools addressing emergent needs of changing agribusiness dynamics across the states;

Higher education in the field of sustainable rural livelihoods;

With years of experience in the education sector, we have partnered with the Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council (SPEFL-SC) a not-for-profit organization formed by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), promoted by the National Skill Development Corporation & Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), for the takeover of existing non-functional Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs) and applying for sanction of new EMRSs and other schemes like Skill Hub, PMKVY, Grant-in-Aid, etc. PAN India under the guidelines of the Ministry Of Tribal Affairs/Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, GoI. The primary objective of EMRS is to provide quality upper primary, secondary, and senior secondary level education to ST and PVTG students in tribal-dominated areas along with extra-curricular activities for their all-around development.
